Our campaign is off to a fantastic start. We have a new office on the second floor of Ward Warehouse (Diamondhead/Makai), strong organizations on the neighbor islands, a terrific campaign team, and a message that is resonating across Hawaii.

What I am finding out on the campaign trail is that people are tired of a broken government that seems to have given up just when things get tough. We need new, energetic leadership with a track record of getting things done, not shifting blame or staying quiet.

So please come to this event! We are going to have great entertainment and food, and we need your support. Amy Hanaiali`i, one of Hawaii`'s musical treasures, has graciously offered to entertain us this evening. It is such an honor to have her voice bless and inspire this important event.
